The Lancaster & Morecambe College Game

Terms & Conditions

The animated game will offer a prize of an ipad to the person with the highest legitimate recorded score who lives within a 40km radius of Lancaster and Morecambe College.

The cut off point will be 11.59 p.m on 14th June 2012. In the event of the same winning score or any doubt over the legitimacy of a score then the College reserves the right to pick a winner at random.

The winners will be notified no later than 7 days after the closing date. Only the prize winner will be contacted of who has won.

Lancaster & Morecambe College staff members are not eligible to win the competition although they can register on the leader board.

There is no cash alternative to the prize and it is non-transferable.

No purchase necessary.

By entering this game prize draw, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of personal data to the data controller for the purposes of the administration of the prize and any other purpose.

No responsibility will be taken for entries which are lost, delayed or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

Once the ipad has been issued, Lancaster and Morecambe College is not responsible for any additional costs associated with the prize. Winners use the prize at their own risk, and Lancaster and Morecambe College accepts no responsibility for any damage or injury incurred as a result of a winner accepting the prize.

The organiser's decision on all matters affecting this prize is final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 14 or over.

The organiser reserves the right to publish the winner's name and counties for publicity purposes. The winner may also be required to take part in promotional publicity.

Lancaster and Morecambe College reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue this competition as a result of events which are out of its control.

Any entrant who enters or attempts to enter a competition in a manner, which in our determination is contrary to these terms and conditions or by its nature is unjust to other entrants (including without limitation tampering with the operation of the competition, hacking, cheating, deception, or any other unfair playing practices such as intending to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or and/or any of its agents or representatives) may be rejected from the competition at Lancaster and Morecambe's sole discretion and in this event legal action may be taken.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
